IXYS Standard Rectifier Module features a 1600V and a 900A IDAV rating with a DCB ceramic package. This module has an isolation voltage rating of 3600V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. IXYS Standard Rectifier Module is ideal for battery DC power supplies, field supplies for DC motors, and three-phase bridge configurations.
