DRV8962-Q1 Four-Channel Half-Bridge Driver

Texas Instruments DRV8962-Q1 Four-Channel Half-Bridge Driver is a wide-voltage, high-power, four-channel half-bridge driver for various automotive applications. The device supports up to 60V supply voltage, and integrated MOSFETs with 50mΩ on-resistance allow up to 5A current on each output. The device can drive up to one stepper motor, four solenoids or valves, one BLDC or PMSM motor, two brushed-DC motors, and two thermoelectric coolers (Peltier elements). The output stage consists of N-channel power MOSFETs configured as four independent half-bridges, a charge pump, regulation circuits, current sensing, protection circuitry, and current sense outputs.

DRV8962 65V 4-Channel Half-Bridge Driver

Texas Instruments DRV8962 65V 4-Channel Half-Bridge Driver is a wide-voltage, high-power, four-channel half-bridge driver for various industrial applications. The device supports up to 65V supply voltage, and integrated MOSFETs with 50mΩ on-resistance allow up to 5A current on each output with the DDW package; and up to 10A current per output with the DDV package.
