Infineon Technologies EVAL_1K6W_PSU_CFD7_QD 1.6kW Titanium Power Supply Unit (PSU) represents a complete system solution for a 1600W server PSU which achieves the 80Plus® Titanium® standard. The PSU features 600V CoolMOS™ CFD7 in Q-DPAK and digital control by XMC™ microcontroller. The Infineon power supply comprises a continuous conduction mode (CCM) bridgeless power factor corrector (PFC) using a bi-directional switch and a half-bridge LLC DC-DC resonant converter.
