QJxx35xH4 35A Alternistor TRIACs
Littelfuse QJxx35xH4 35A Alternistor TRIACs are TRIACs with 150°C maximum junction temperature and surge capability of 350A ITSM at 60Hz. These TRIACs in the I, II, and III quadrants offer high performance in applications requiring high commutation capability. The QJxx35xH4 TRIACs feature a voltage capability of up to 800V and are electrically isolated for 2500VRMS. These TRIACs are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and available in TO-220 isolated packages. The QJxx35xH4 TRIACs enable easier thermal management and higher surge handling capability in AC power control applications. Typical applications include heater control, AC sold-state relays, light dimmers, and motor speed control.
