Taiwan Semiconductor Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are available in four packages (DO-214AC (SMA), DO-214AA (SMB), DO-214AB (SMC), SOD-123W) to provide a wide variety of choices to meet the customer's design requirements. These devices are available in 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A forward current (IF) ratings and repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) choices of 40V, 60V, and 100V. The peak forward surge current (IFSM) is available in either 70A, 100A, or 145A ratings. These Taiwan Semiconductor Schottky Barrier Rectifiers have a low power loss and are highly efficient.
