Mikroe Human-Machine Interface adds interactive features to boards like capacitive sensing modules or speech recognition. Mikroe Click Boards are based around the mikroBUS™ interface standard and easily add incredible system capabilities. The devices are ideal for any applications that require interactive solutions like buttons, gestures, thumbwheels, etc.
Mikroe-2552 Tamper 2 click
Mikroe Mikroe-2552 Tamper 2 click is equipped with an Omron Electronics D2HW-A221D Microswitch, which outputs signal in both pressed and released positions. The PCB of Tamper 2 Click is designed so that the lever of the microswitch is easily accessible, making the Click useful for all kinds of applications. The Tamper 2 Click weighs 23g and features an onboard jumper selector to select the voltage level that is connected to the microswitch input pin. For a hassle-free connection with the microcontroller, both the Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) pins of the microswitch are routed to MikroBUS™. The Tamper 2 Click finds its applications in door opening or closing detection, detecting the end of travel of linear actuator, and also as a morse code input device.
