Molex Heavy Duty Connector (HDC) Contacts feature push-in technology that enables quick wiring of heavy-duty connectors because no tool is needed to wire the contacts or open the clamps. Up to 80% of assembling time is saved compared to the standard screw-type inserts. The HDC connection is reliable, strong, and vibration-proof. The clamping point in the front allows wiring, maintenance, and electrical tests without releasing the insert from the heavy-duty connector enclosure. The Molex push-in insert series is available in a complete range of sizes from 6B to 48B and is suitable for both solid and stranded wires with bush terminals. For wires from 1.5mm2 the connection is possible also without bush terminals.
