Minibloc Input Rectifiers

IXYS Minibloc Input Rectifiers are high-performance devices for 50Hz to 60Hz applications in a SOT-227B package for dual-diode configurations. This device features a 12mm low package profile, robust terminals for higher current conduction, and direct copper-bonded ceramic for electrical isolation with low thermal impedance.
