TLP294-4 Transistor Output Optocouplers

Toshiba TLP294-4 Transistor Output Optocouplers combine a phototransistor optically coupled to two anti-parallel infrared LEDs housed in a SO-16 package. The high isolation and low AC input type photocouplers offer a short propagation delay time by implementing a discharging resistor for the transistor's base stored charge.
