VETH100A1DD1 ESD Protection Diode

Vishay VETH100A1DD1 ESD Protection Diode is a single-line bi-directional device designed for automotive Ethernet, which meets the OPEN Alliance 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1 specifications. This ESD protection diode features a 24V maximum stand-off voltage (at maximum working voltage), >100V trigger voltage, <2pF typical capacitance, and 34V typical clamping voltage. The VETH100A1DD1 protection diode complies with ESD immunity according to ISO 10605 and IEC 61000-4-2 (150pF/330Ω) ±15kV (1000 x contact discharge). This ESD protection diode is available in a compact DFN1006-2B package and is AEC-Q101 qualified.
