TDA38640A Evaluation Board

Infineon TDA38640A Evaluation Board evaluates the performance of the TDA38640A Switching Voltage Regulator IFX POL. The Eval Board is a synchronous buck converter that steps down 12V_in to 1.0V_out. It contains an integrated point-of-load TDA38640A, a fully-integrated and efficient DC-DC regulator. Also onboard is a pulse width modulation (PWM) controller and OPTIMOS FETs with an integrated bootstrap diode. It uses a fast Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme. The Infineon evaluation board provides a small footprint solution with high-efficiency power delivery.
