KYOCERA AVX C0G (NPO) Dielectric MLCCs are temperature compensating capacitors classified under EIA Class I ceramic materials. Modern C0G (NPO) Dielectric MLCCs contain neodymium, samarium, and other rare earth oxides. These dielectric MLCCs operate within a -55°C to +125°C temperature range and feature no aging characteristics. The C0G (NPO) dielectric MLCCs are one of the most stable dielectric capacitors within 6.3V to 500V voltage range. Different variants of these KYOCERA AVX MLCCs are available based on the size, voltage, capacitance, and other specifications. Typical capacitance change with life is less than ±0.1% which is 1/5 shown by most other dielectrics.
