Qorvo TQP9107 600MHz to 960MHz 2-Stage Power Amplifier is a high‑efficiency amplifier designed for operation across the 600MHz to 960MHz frequency range, well‑suited for wireless infrastructure, DAS, repeaters, boosters, and small‑cell base station applications. The Qorvo TQP9107 delivers a high gain of 35.5dB and offers strong linearity with an output IP3 of +46dBm at an output power of +24dBm per tone. Engineered for efficiency, the amplifier achieves 31% power‑added efficiency (PAE) at +27dBm output power while maintaining a low idle current of 84mA.

Qorvo Drone Solutions feature an extensive portfolio of RF components, power management, motor control, battery management, wireless connectivity, and force-sensor products. The advanced solutions include precise, real-time motor control to execute advanced algorithms.
