microBUCK® Integrated Voltage Regulators

Vishay microBUCK® Integrated Voltage Regulators are integrated with high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. These regulators feature architecture that delivers ultrafast transient response with minimum output capacitance and tight ripple regulation at light load. The series is 5mm x 5mm pin-compatible, lead free, and available in power enhanced MLP55-27L package. Protections include overcurrent (OCP), output overvoltage (OVP), short circuit (SCP), output undervoltage (UVP), and thermal shutdown (OTP).
