High-Voltage Single-Ended Probes

Tektronix High-Voltage Single-Ended Probes are designed for measuring ground-referenced signals up to 40kV. The probes feature low input capacitance specification (<4pF) to minimize the loading effect on the circuit. Probes with lower input capacitance offer higher input impedance at higher frequencies. Tektronix High-Voltage Single-Ended Probes have third-party safety certifications (UL, CSA, ETL) and provide a safe high-voltage probe solution for ground-referenced voltage testing. Applications include uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, electronic ballasts, power converters, and more.
