STMicroelectronics STPS20M/30M Power Schottky Rectifiers feature high current capability, low forward voltage drop, high-frequency operation and are avalanche rated. Each of these STMicroelectronics STPS20M/30M Power Schottky Rectifiers have a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V and are available in 2 x 10A, 20A, and 30A average forward current ratings.
