TSX92 Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSX92 Operational Amplifiers feature a rail-to-rail input and output capability that operates on a wide supply voltage range of 4V to 16V. These devices offer excellent AC characteristics with 10MHz or 16MHz gain bandwidth, 17V/μs or 27V/μs slew rate, and low 2.8mA typ. power consumption per amplifier at 16V. Other features include low 10pA typ. input bias current and -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
