The kit includes everything required for beginners and experienced users to get started quickly. The STM32VLDISCOVERY discovery kit includes an STM32F100 Value line microcontroller in a 64-pin LQFP and an in-circuit ST-LINK debugger/programmer to debug discovery applications and other target board applications.

STMicroelectronics STM32 Value Line (STM32F100xx) Microcontrollers (MCUs) bring the advantages of the STM32 32-bit advanced industry-standard core into cost-effective applications typically served by 16-bit MCUs. STMicroelectronics STM32F100xx MCUs combine a 24MHz ARM® Cortex™-M3 processor core with peripheral features optimized for typical 16-bit applications, such as home-entertainment products, appliances, and industrial equipment. STM32 Value Line MCUs are pin-to-pin compatible with the STM32 portfolio and bring new features such as 16-bit timers and CEC function to expand the range of applications addressed in the consumer, appliance, and industrial segments. STMicroelectronics STM32 Value Line MCUs are suitable for use in application control and user interface, medical and handheld equipment, PC peripherals, alarm systems, and more.

STM32 Discovery Kits
