SLG59M14xx Series Charge Pumps

Renesas / Dialog SLG59M14xx Series Charge Pumps are 40mΩ 1.0A or 17mΩ 2.5A GreenFET 3 load switches with the discharge designed for load switching applications. The parts come with one or two MOSFETs, each controlled by a single ON control pin.
