RBx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

MCC RBx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are small surface-mount packages with a low reverse current from 500nA to 500mA and a low forward voltage of 350mV to 850mV. Other features include a 30mA to 500mA forward current range, a repetitive reverse voltage range of 30V to 45V, and a 200mA to 2A forward surge current range. The RBx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers feature high reliability, a flammability rating of UL94V-0, and a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1. These devices operate from -55°C to 150°C junction temperature ranges depending on the model.
