The optocouplers / photocouplers are offered with transistor, triac, high speed, Darlington, IGBT drive output, and AC input configurations. These Optocouplers / Photocouplers serve various applications such as switch mode power, battery chargers, fax modems, home appliances, telecommunications, and industry controllers.

100kBd Darlington Output Photocouplers

LITEON 100kBd Darlington Output Photocouplers are high-speed optoelectronic devices designed for applications requiring fast and reliable signal isolation. These photocouplers feature a gallium arsenide infrared LED optically coupled to a high-gain Darlington phototransistor, enabling data transmission rates up to 100kilobaud (kBd). Housed in compact packages, the LITEON 100kBd Darlington output photocouplers offer a high isolation voltage, making them suitable for use in digital communication interfaces, microprocessor input/output isolation, and signal transmission in noisy environments. The Darlington configuration provides enhanced current transfer ratio (CTR) and improved sensitivity, making the photocouplers ideal for low-power control circuits in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and telecommunication systems. These devices are also compliant with safety standards such as UL and VDE, ensuring dependable performance in safety-critical applications.
