AURIX™ TC37x 32-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC37x 32-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer three cores running at 300MHz and up to 1.1MBytes embedded RAM. These MCUs support floating points and fixed points with all cores. The AURIX TC37x MCUs are manufactured in 40nm embedded flash technology and are designed for impressive reliability in harsh automotive environments. These MCUs offer up to 6MB flash/ECC protection, 1.1MB SRAM / ECC protection, and AUTOSAR 4.2 support. The AURIX TC37x MCUs are available in LQFP 176 and LFBGA-292 packages and feature a Hardware I/O Monitor (IOM) for checking digital I/O. These MCUs also feature a 128-Channel DMA controller with safe data transfer, a sophisticated interrupt system, digital programmable I/O ports, and an embedded voltage regulator. Typical applications include industrial robots, chassis domain control, wireless charging solution, CAV 24GHz radar, Driving Domain Controller (DDC), and EV charging stations.
