Vishay SiC431EVB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board is a reference board designed to evaluate the features and functionalities of the SiC431 synchronous buck regulators. The SiC431 regulators are integrated with high- and low-side power MOSFETs and offer up to 97% peak efficiency. These regulators can deliver up to 24A continuous current at up to 1MHz switching frequency. The SiC431 regulators provide full protection features that include output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), cycle by cycle Over-Current Protection (OCP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), and thermal shutdown.
