SiC43x microBUCK® Evaluation Boards

Vishay SiC43x microBUCK® Evaluation Boards are power management IC development tools for SiC43x synchronous buck regulators. The regulators are used in 5V, 12V, and 24V input rails to accommodate various applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial. SiC431 evaluation boards test 3V to 24V input, 24A microBUCK DC/DC converters. The SiC437 and SiC438 evaluation boards evaluate 3V to 28V input, 8A/12A microBUCK DC/DC converters.

Vishay 5G Power Supply Solutions are a portfolio of devices that offer the highest efficiency and RF noise levels for 5G mmWave base station applications. They have a high operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Wideband filtering can be achieved with ultra-low ESR filter capacitors, and soft recovery diodes improve PSRR and RF noise floor. 

SiC431EVB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board

Vishay SiC431EVB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board is a reference board designed to evaluate the features and functionalities of the SiC431 synchronous buck regulators. The SiC431 regulators are integrated with high- and low-side power MOSFETs and offer up to 97% peak efficiency. These regulators can deliver up to 24A continuous current at up to 1MHz switching frequency. The SiC431 regulators provide full protection features that include output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), cycle by cycle Over-Current Protection (OCP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), and thermal shutdown. Typical applications include automation, industrial, distributed power architectures (with 5V, 12V, or 24V rails), desktops, notebooks, servers, industrial computing, and consumer electronics.
