QuiCur™ Automotive 500mA Buck LDO Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor QuiCur™ Automotive 500mA Buck LDO Regulators are ideal for automotive applications directly connected to the battery. The ROHM Semiconductor QuiCur regulators support up to 45V maximum voltage, operate up to 500mA output current, and feature low current consumption at 9.5μA (typical). Achieving a high accuracy of ±2.0%, the output voltage options include 3.3V, 5.0V, and adjustable types ranging from 1.0V to 16V via an external resistive divider connected to the ADJ pin.

BD9x Integrated MOSFET DC-DC Buck Converters

ROHM Semiconductor BD9x Integrated MOSFET DC-DC Buck Converters are synchronous buck switching regulators with built-in power MOSFETs. These ICs provide currents in a range from 1A to 6A. ROHM BD9x DC-DC Buck Converters deliver fast transient response by employing a constant on-time control system. This allows high oscillating frequency at low inductance. The devices employ an original constant on-time control method that provides low consumption at light load. This feature makes these devices ideal for equipment that demands minimal standby power consumption.
