Power Management Switch ICs

ROHM Power Management Switch ICs integrate a low ON-resistance MOSFET and multiple protection circuits on a single chip. The Power Management Switch IC family includes 1-channel high side, 2-channel high side, load, and controller ICs for high-side NMOSFETs. The devices are ideal for power management in USB memory sticks, PC expansion modules, and other digital devices.

BD22xx Current Limit High Side Switch ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD2226, BD2227 BD2232, BD2233, BD2240, and BD2241 Current Limit High Side Switch ICs are low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Each device is equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start. Typical applications include car audio, PLC, AC servo, set-top box, blood pressure monitor, DVR/DVS, home theater system, and various motor control applications.
