Phoenix Contact 5 Position M12 Connectors

Phoenix Contact has shortened the 5th pin to be the same as the
other 4. In accordance with DIN EN 61076-2-101 the length of pin
5 will be the same as the other four contacts. This redesign
will also allow for UL recognition on the full product range
listed below. During transition of this change, Mouser may
supply both versions of this connector depending on inventory.

M12 Sensor / Actuator Cables and Connectors

Phoenix Contact M12 Sensor / Actuator Cables and Connectors meet the stringent requirements of the FDA & EHEDG for use in food and beverage production industries. This product features a bright polypropylene jacket material for all cord sets and comes in 2 designs, wash-down and hygienic. The wash-down design features a plastic knurl M12 connector with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface particularly suited for the spray zone area. The hygienic design features a smooth stainless steel M12 connector to prevent any residual food accumulation and is exceptionally suited where contact with any food is possible.

PLUSCON Industrial Metric Connectors & Cordsets

Phoenix Contact PLUSCON Industrial Metric Circular Connectors and Cordsets cover a wide range of circular connectors for industrial applications. M8 and M12 connectors are for sensor/actuator connections M23 connectors are predominantly for the transmission of analog and digital signals. The lineup includes 3- 4-, and 5-pole configurations with a corrosion-resistant, black polyamide coupling nut. The M12 assemblies are PUR halogen-free cables that meet IP65/IP68, and IP69K. Phoenix Contact M12 Plastic Cable Assemblies are available in combinations of male and female, angled and straight, open ended and female, and in lengths from 0.3m to 10m.

Phoenix Contact M12 Circular Connectors and Cable Assemblies are available in a wide selection of designs to enable comprehensive connection solutions for devices with data rates up to 10Gbps. These connectors can also be used for connecting signals up to 17 positions and for supplying power up to 630V and 16A in small installation spaces.
