TSL2585 Miniature Ambient Light Sensor

ams OSRAM TSL2585 Miniature Ambient Light Sensor integrates multiple applications within one device: ambient light sensing for display brightness management, ambient UV index estimation, and auto exposure/flicker detection for camera assistance. The device incorporates Photopic, IR, and UV photodiodes connected to three modulators. Inside there is an analog front-end with up to 4096x gain and three 20bit resolution AD converters sampling at 14kHz. TSL2585 operates from 1.7V to 2.0V and connects through a 1.8V, I2C interface with consumption of 700nA at 1.8V. The ams OSRAM TSL2585 Miniature Ambient Light Sensor comes in a low-profile, small footprint, 2.0mm x 1.0mm x 0.35mm (LxWxH), 6-pin OLGA package.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
