OSLON® IR Black Series LEDs

ams OSRAM OSLON® IR Black Series LEDs are compact infrared LEDs with more than one watt of optical power. The small package with an integrated lens allows superior compact arrangements of very high power density. OSRAM OSLON IR Black Series LEDs feature Nanostack™ chip technology, which allows the typical optical power to reach 1070mW at an operating current of 1A. Thanks to its adapted outcoupling lens with a ±45° emission angle, the OSLON IR delivers 15% more output power than components without a lens. The ams OSRAM OSLON IR Black Series LEDs can last up to 50,000 hours at high drive currents, including models with a 940nm center of spectral emission and a radiant flux of 935mW at 1A. The IR OSLON Black Series is perfect for applications like CCTV, machine vision, night vision, or number plate recognition systems.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
