CMV4000 Image Sensors

ams OSRAM CMV4000 Image Sensors are global shutter CMOS image sensors with 2048 by 2048 pixels in a 1" optical format. These image arrays consist of 5.5µm by 5.5µm pipelined global shutter pixels which allow exposure during readout while performing CDS operation. This reduces fixed pattern and dark noise significantly. The CMV4000 has 16 12-bit digital LVDS outputs (serial) each running at 480Mbps. These image sensors also integrate a programmable gain amplifier and offset regulation. Each channel runs at 480Mbps maximum which results in 180fps frame rate at full resolution in 10-bit mode. The CMV4000 image sensors achieve higher frame rates in row-windowing mode or row-subsampling mode. ams CMV4000 image sensors come with operation modes that are all programmable using an SPI interface.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
