Automotive Products

Würth Elektronik offers a wide range of components designed and approved to meet automotive application standards. The automotive product offering includes EMC components, power magnetics, and RF inductors with AEC-Q200 qualifications, as well as robust SMT spacers available with IATF 16949-certified production. These automotive-focused product families from Würth Elektronik are manufactured in accordance with respective market requirements for Passive and Electromechanical components based on the reference guide of the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group). WE-AEFA & WE-AENA Axial EMI Suppression Ferrites

Würth Elektronik WE-AEFA and WE-AENA Axial EMI Suppression Ferrites are AEC-Q200 qualified and work in wide frequency and temperature ranges. They have an operating temperature of -55°C to +150°C with a high process capability that allows for increased automation. The WE-AEFA series utilizes a NiZn core material while the WE-AENA ferrites have a nanocrystaline core material. Würth WE-AEFA and WE-AENA Axial EMI Suppression Ferrites are ideal for wires, coax cables, wire-wrapping cables, multi-conductor wires, data/signal lines, on-board power supply lines, and more.

Components for Battery Chargers

Würth Elektronik Electronic Components for Battery Chargers include common mode chokes, capacitors, sure protection, ferrites for cable assembly, transformers for AC/DC converters, wireless power, LEDs, and inductors. The electromechanical components include wire-to-board connectors, REDCUBE terminals, detector switches, spacers, and SKEDD connectors.

EMI Suppression Ferrite Beads

Würth Elektronik EMI Suppression Ferrite Bead product families include the WE-AFB, WE-AFB LFS, WE-SAFB, and WE-TOF series. The WE-AFB, WE-SAFB, and WE-TOF series all feature a ferrite core made of NiZn. This NiZn core allows for the best possible interference suppression and works in a broadband frequency range. The NiZn core ferrites are available in axial (WE-AFB) and toroidal (WE-SAFB) types. Würth WE-SAFB ferrite beads are smaller in size and used for cables with a diameter of 0.55mm up to 4mm. The WE-AFB LFS axial ferrite beads have an MnZn core. The MnZn core material is used for low-frequency applications from 150kHz and 30MHz.
