SMBJxxD系列TVS

Vishay SMBJxxD Series TVS are ideal for automated placement and come in a low profile package. They have a ± 3.5%, very tight VBR  tolerance and are available in uni-directional. The SMBJxxD have a 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000μs  waveform, repetitive rate (duty cycle): 0.01% and excellent clamping capability. Typical applications are for use in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFETs, signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication.
