SMM Series MELF Resistors

Vishay / Draloric SMM Series MELF Resistors are cylindrical, stable metal film resistors on high quality ceramic with a pure tin termination on a nickel barrier, plated on press fit steel caps. The Vishay SMM Series MELF Resistors are compatible with lead (Pb)-free and lead containing soldering processes (RoHS compliant).

SMM Series MELF Resistors

Vishay / Draloric SMM Series MELF Resistors are cylindrical, stable metal film resistors on high quality ceramic with a pure tin termination on a nickel barrier, plated on press fit steel caps. The Vishay / Draloric SMM 0204 and SMM0207 Series are compatible with lead (Pb)-free and lead containing soldering processes (RoHS compliant). The SMM0204 are 200V resistors featuring low TC and tight tolerances, excellent stability in different environmental conditions. The SMM0207 are 350V resistors featuring good thermal distribution

MELF Resistors

Vishay MELF Resistors offer superior SMD resistor performance in terms of accuracy, stability, reliability, and pulse load capability. The cylindrical construction of MELF devices provides an optimal power rating and pulse load capability related to the mounting space. Continuous development has led to improved long-term stability and moisture resistance and allows a high-temperature operation to +175°C.
