The Texas Instruments TPS780230300 low-dropout regulator (LDO) offers ultralow power, miniaturized packaging, and selectable dual-level output voltage levels. This TI LDO is designed specifically for battery-powered applications where dual-level voltages are needed.

TPS78001 Linear Regulator

Texas Instruments' TPS78001 low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator delivers 150mA of output current while consuming only 500nA of quiescent current or less than 40nA of ground current in shutdown mode. The LDO features an input voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V, adjustable output voltage, thermal shutdown, enable pin, and current limit. This TI device is ideal for single-cell lithium, two coin cell alkaline, and other battery-powered applications.

TPS780270200 Low-Dropout Regulators

Texas Instruments TPS780270200 Low-Dropout Regulators provide the benefits of ultra-low power, miniaturized packaging, and selectable dual-level output voltage levels. This TI device delivers 150mA of output current, consumes only 500nA of quiescent current, and offers an input voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V. The regulator's two output voltage levels are preset and allow for numerous output voltage options for Vset High (1.5V to 4.2V) and Vset Low (2.0V to 3.0V)

Texas Instruments TPS780 150mA Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators offer the benefits of ultra low-power, miniaturized packaging, and selectable dual-level output voltage levels. The ultra low-power and dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) capability which provides dual-level output voltages let designers customize power consumption for specific applications. Designers can now shift to a lower voltage level in a battery-powered design when the microprocessor is in sleep mode, further reducing overall system power consumption. The two voltage levels are preset at the factory and are stored using EPROM and are available on fixed output voltage devices.
