TPS22965x-Q1 Single Channel Load Switch

Texas Instruments TPS22965x-Q1 Single Channel Load Switch is a small, ultra-low RON, single-channel load switch with controlled turn on. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5V and can support a maximum continuous current of 4A. The VOUT rise time is configurable so that inrush current may be reduced. The TPS22965-Q1 and TPS22965W-Q1 devices include a 225Ω on-chip load resistor for quick output discharge when the switch is turned off.

TPS229xx Load Switches

Texas Instruments TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low RON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.
