Load Switch: TPS22922B

The Texas Instruments TPS22922B ultra-low on-resistance load switch features controlled turn on and contains an ultra-low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 0.9V to 3.6V. The TI TPS22922B load switch is controlled by an on/off input capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The TPS22922B includes a 120Ω on-chip load resistor that provides quick discharge when the switch is turned off. The TI TPS22922B load switch also features a 200 µs rise time and ultra-low quiescent and shutdown current.

TPS229xx Load Switches

Texas Instruments TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low RON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.
