THVD1500 5V RS-485 Transceivers

Texas Instruments THVD1500 5V RS-485 Transceivers have up to 300kbps With ±8kV IEC ESD Protection and are designed for industrial applications. The THVD1500 transceivers eliminate the need for additional system-level protection components, as a result of the bus pins being immune to high levels of IEC Contact Discharge ESD events. The device is suitable for multi-point applications over long cable runs, due to the wide common-mode voltage range and low input leakage on bus pins. The THVD1500 has an Industrial Temperature Range of -40°C to 125°C and operates from a single 5V supply.
