ADS1115 16-bit ADC

The Texas Instruments ADS1115 is the industry's smallest 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The TI ADS1115 is 70 percent smaller than the nearest competition for reduced system size. This TI ADC includes product family options for scalable integration and reduced component count. The ADS1115 offers a 14x faster sampling rate that supports demanding measurement requirements and an integrated programmable comparator that simplifies system monitoring. This TI ADC represents a performance upgrade for embedded ADCs. It is designed for use with a variety of applications, including battery monitoring, industrial process control, portable instrumentation, medical instrumentation, smart transmitters, and consumer goods.

ADS111x/ADS111x-Q1 16-Bit Delta-Sigma ADCs

Texas Instruments ADS111x/ADS111x-Q1 16-Bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) are precision, low-power, I²C-compatible ADCs offered in a VSSOP-10 package and an ultra-small, leadless, X2QFN-10 package. The ADS111x/ADS111x-Q1 devices incorporate a low-drift voltage reference and an oscillator. The ADS1114/ADS1114-Q1 and ADS1115/ADS1115-Q1 also include a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a digital comparator. These features and a wide operating supply range make the ADS111x/ADS111x-Q1 well-suited for power- and space-constrained sensor measurement applications.
