Si823x Isolated Drivers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si823x Isolated Drivers combines two independent, isolated drivers into a single package. The Si8230/1/3/4 are high-side/low-side drivers, and the Si8232/5/6/7/8/9 are dual drivers. Versions with peak output currents of 0.5A (Si8230/1/2/7) and 4.0A (Si8233/4/5/6/8/9) are available. All drivers operate with a maximum supply voltage of 24V. The Si823x drivers utilize proprietary silicon isolation technology, which provides up to 5kVRMS withstand voltage per UL1577 and fast 60ns propagation times. 

Si82x Isolated Gate Drivers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si82x Isolated Gate Drivers are single-channel isolated gate drivers for various power applications. These devices have single or split outputs, allowing for independent control of the output rise and fall times. These drivers can operate with a 3V to 20V input supply and a maximum gate driver supply voltage of 30V. The inputs are CMOS, which provides a robust noise margin.
