TSX92 Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSX92 Operational Amplifiers feature a rail-to-rail input and output capability that operates on a wide supply voltage range of 4V to 16V. These devices offer excellent AC characteristics with 10MHz or 16MHz gain bandwidth, 17V/μs or 27V/μs slew rate, and low 2.8mA typ. power consumption per amplifier at 16V. Other features include low 10pA typ. input bias current and -40°C to +125°C temperature range. STMicroelectronics TSX92 Operational Amplifiers are automotive qualified and ideally suited for use in communications, process control, active filtering, and test equipment.

TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers are a new generation of 16V Amplifier ICs using an advanced manufacturing process, combining high performance and high reliability, making them well suited for a variety of demanding applications. An innovative 16V CMOS manufacturing process delivers reduced power consumption and class-leading accuracy with long term stability, and enables reduced PCB area by allowing the use of small surface-mount packages. These devices are used as signal-conditioning solutions for rugged applications from automotive electronics to smart buildings and industrial controls.
