TN1205H High Temperature 12A SCRs

STMicroelectronics TN1205H High Temperature 12A SCRs have a very high switching capability up to a junction temperature of +150°C. TN1205H SCRs fit all modes of control found in a variety of applications, including voltage regulation circuits where ambient temperature is hot with difficult ventilation or an increase of power density is required. Through-hole or surface-mount packages of these STMicroelectronics SCRs provide performance in a limited space area.

High Temp SCRs

STMicroelectronics High Temp SCRs are used in controlled rectifier bridges, current limiters, AC relays, or as HV crowbar protection for SMPS. The SCRs perfectly suit compact equipment and are 12A to 80A 600V to 1200V range rated at a 150°C Tj. The 150°C junction temperature gives headroom for smaller heatsink and higher load control, whether for solid state relays or motor starters.
