The thick film materials are naturally moisture-resistant and the series is anti-sulfur per ANSI / EAI 977 standards. Stackpole Electronics RPCQ AEC-Q200 High Power Chip Resistors offer a 1W or 4W power rating with 200V or 250V maximum working voltage in a 1206 or 2512 case code size. The RPCQ series is AEC-Q200 qualified and ideal for automotive electronics, data servers, industrial controls, motor controls, and switching power supply regulation.
