RL78/F15 Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RL78/F15 Microcontrollers feature enhanced CAN / LIN / IEBus and memory lineup designed for automotive applications. The RL78/F15 Microcontrollers feature high processing performance while delivering the lowest power consumption. The RL78/F15 offers a high-speed on-chip oscillator that provides 32MHz CPU operation and an enhanced motor control functionality by the motor control timer (Timer RD). The RL78/F15 supports 125°C (target) operation, whereby a CPU clock of 24MHz can be reached.

RL78 Automotive MCUs

Renesas Electronics RL78 Automotive MCUs are a cutting-edge series of 16-bit automotive-qualified MCUs. The Renesas Electronics RL78 features low power consumption and redefines efficiency in automotive applications. Boasting a wide range of product offerings, the RL78 ranges from 8KB to 512KB flash memory and 0.5KB to 32KB RAM. The devices also feature pin configurations from 20 to 144-pins across various packages. These MCUs excel in high-temperature environments, supporting ambient temperatures of up to 150°C (optionally for RL78/F13 and F14).
