LTR50 Wide-Terminal Thick Film Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor LTR50 Wide-Terminal High Power Thick Film Shunt Resistors feature terminals on the long sides to achieve 2W rated power in a compact 2550 package size (2.5mm x 5mm, t=0.58mm). This is four times higher than conventional short-terminal types, contributing to increased energy savings and miniaturization in high-power applications. The optimized element structure achieves superior temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) characteristics. This results in minimal resistance fluctuation due to temperature changes, enabling current detection with high accuracy. ROHM Semiconductor LTR50 Wide-Terminal High Power Thick Film Shunt Resistors offer ISO 9001 / IATF16949 certification, AEC-Q200 correspondence, and RoHS compliance. The LTR50 is ideal for current detection in a range of applications, including inverters, AC, and energy-efficient appliances.
