Voltage Translators

Nexperia Voltage Translators are a family of 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-bit dual supply translating transceivers. They feature auto-direction sensing, autosense translation, and are used in push-pull, and open-drain-based applications without additional direction pins.

NXS0102 Translating Transceiver

Nexperia NXS0102 Translating Transceiver is a 2-bit dual supply transceiver with audio sensing that enables bidirectional voltage level translation. This transceiver features two 2-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), one Output Enable input (OE), and two supply pins (VCC(A) and VCC(B)). The NXS0102 transceiver operates at 1.65V to 3.6V VCC(A) and 2.3V to 5.5V VCC(B) wide supply voltage range. This transceiver provides IOFF circuitry for partial-power-down mode operation and features -40°C to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C specified temperature ranges.
