BC5xPAS-Q 1A Medium Power PNP Transistors

Nexperia BC5xPAS-Q 1A Medium Power PNP Transistors are encapsulated in an ultra-thin DFN2020D-3 (SOT1061D) leadless small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. These Nxperia transistors are designed for high collector current capability, with the BC51PAS-Q offering a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of -45V, the BC52PAS-Q at -60V, and the BC53PAST-Q at -80V. The devices feature exposed heat sinks for excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, suitable for linear voltage regulators, battery-driven devices, MOSFET drivers, high-side switches, power management, and amplifiers. Additionally, these transistors are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards, ensuring reliability in automotive applications. The compact design reduces PCB area requirements and supports Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) of solder joints.

BJT DFN-Packaged Power Bipolar Transistors

Nexperia BJT DFN-Packaged Power Bipolar Transistors offer a small form factor that uses about 75% less board space and allows more design flexibility. These bipolar transistors feature reduced parasitic inductance and capacitance with an improved, low thermal resistance, enabling higher reliability. The BJT components are ideal for applications where space is at a premium. Applications include mobile devices, wearables, automotive sensors, and camera modules.
