PF5200 Dual-Channel PMICs

NXP Semiconductors PF5200 Dual-Channel PMICs are designed for use in high-performance automotive applications. The PF5200 devices are also highly configurable, making them fit for various system-level power requirements. Integrated voltage monitoring circuits ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standard and functional safety up to ASIL B level. The PF5200 PMICs are also available as a standard non-safety device for applications that do not require ISO26262 compliance.
