Type 1SJ-295 LoRaWAN® Modules

Murata Electronics Type 1SJ-295 LoRaWAN® Modules are ultra-small, high-quality, low-power modules for battery-operated devices. Murata Electronics Type 1SJ-295 operates over the 868MHz/915MHz Unlicensed ISM band and features an Open MCU design for users' application code. These LoRaWAN modules allow simple RF design with minimal additional components required. 1SJ-295 features FCC/IC/CE/ANATE regulatory certification, and the RF certification can be reused for end-product certification. The modules feature a Semtech SX1262 LoRa® Transceiver and an STM32L0 Cortex®-M0 Microcontroller (MCU) with 20kB RAM and 192kB Flash.
