TPSMB-L Automotive TVS Diodes

Littelfuse TPSMB-L Automotive TVS Diodes are low-clamping voltage and unidirectional surface mount diodes with 600W peak pulse power dissipation capability at 10/1000μs waveform. These diodes feature low incremental surge resistance, 1μA maximum reverse leakage current, and less than 1ns fast response time from 0V to VBR minimum. The TPSMB-L diodes are RoHS-compliant and are available in a DO-214AA (SMB) package. These diodes are ideal for the protection of the Analog Front-End chip (AFE/BMIC) of the electric vehicle Battery Management System (BMS) from overvoltage events.
