SMA6L 600W TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SMA6L 600W TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Littelfuse SMA6L TVS Diodes feature a 1.1mm-height package that offers the same power performance (600W) as the SMB package with one of the industry's lowest profiles. SMA6L protects I/O interfaces, VCC buses, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
